His legal career has involved matters before the courts of the Turks and Caicos Islands, including appearances before the Court of Appeal and involvement in cases engaging important questions of law and public administration.
He is the author of Law & Constitution: Navigating the Legal Landscape of the Turks and Caicos Islands, a comprehensive publication examining the constitutional framework and legal institutions of the country.
Mark Fulford currently serves as President of the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar Association, where work has focused on professional development, strengthening the role of the Bar within the justice system, and supporting constructive dialogue within the legal profession.
He also serves as Chairman of the National Health Insurance Appeals Tribunal, an independent statutory body responsible for hearing appeals relating to decisions made under the National Health Insurance system.
Beyond the legal profession, he is actively involved in initiatives supporting education, literacy, and youth development.
Through his role as Chairman of United Way Turks and Caicos Islands, he supports programs such as the Yes I Can Read literacy initiative, which works to strengthen reading skills among young students across the country.
He is also involved in youth development initiatives through the Turks and Caicos Islands Golf Association, where programs encourage greater local participation in the sport while providing mentorship opportunities for young people.
