Mark Fulford currently serves as President of the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar Association, where work has focused on professional development, strengthening the role of the Bar within the justice system, and supporting constructive dialogue within the legal profession.

He also serves as Chairman of the National Health Insurance Appeals Tribunal, an independent statutory body responsible for hearing appeals relating to decisions made under the National Health Insurance system.
